Service description
1. According to your requirements I will prepare a statement of claim for the collection of overdue debt and interest for the use of funds.
2. Beforehand it will be necessary to discuss the questions/disputes.
3. I will list the necessary documents.
4. After the provision of scanned copies of the primary documentation on the formation of the debt of the debtor, within 1-2 days I will send the statement of claim and a step-by-step consultation on the actions for filing the claim/statement.
Payment is piecework by prior agreement.
