Reconstruction project of a section in liquid glass production with a capacity of 1.5 t/h. For CJSC «Crimean TITAN»
Consists of an explanatory note containing 182 pages, 52 figures, 6 tables, and a graphic part including 12 sheets of A1 format drawings.
A literature review on the design features of equipment for mixing and transporting bulk materials is presented.
The technological section of the explanatory note includes:
- material and heat balance of liquid glass production;
The design section of the explanatory note provides the calculation of:
- the main dimensions of the screw mixer-feeder;
- the mixer-feeder drive;
- the strength of the mixer-feeder drive elements;
- the bulk materials hopper;
- the bucket elevator.
The project part of the explanatory note contains calculations of:
- the electric hoist as a means of work mechanization;
- the placement of equipment in the charge preparation section;
- ventilation of the charge preparation section.
The economic part of the project includes the calculation of the manufacturing cost of the mixer-feeder.
The labor protection section contains the calculation of dustiness in the charge preparation section.
