Fire alarm design for indoor premises

We are looking for a qualified fire alarm engineer to prepare a complete design package for an automatic fire detection system covering an indoor space of roughly three hundred square metres. The scope begins with a site survey and continues through the calculation of the number and placement of smoke and heat detectors, taking ceiling height, partitions and airflow into account. We need a clear structural and functional diagram of the whole system, together with wiring diagrams showing how the control panel connects to each loop. A dedicated voice and light evacuation section is essential: positioning of sounders and beacons, sound pressure and speech intelligibility calculations, and the placement of illuminated exit signs and directional indicators. The cable schedule must list cable types, cross sections and installation methods, and the equipment specification must include a full bill of materials ready for procurement. The finished project should contain an explanatory note, floor plans with every device marked, a cable log and a calculation of the backup power supply capacity. Experience with approvals and a willingness to revise after expert review are strongly preferred. Deliverables are expected in both digital and printed form, drawn to standard and easy to build from.
