It is necessary to create a program for automatic configuration of user browsers.
The purpose of the program is to save the user from having to configure the browser to work successfully on certain websites. The purpose of the Settings File Interpreter is to read information about browser settings from the settings files and perform operations to configure the browsers in accordance with them.
Typical operations:
- Adding websites to favorites.

- Configure additional browser parameters (on-off ActiveX, SSL, TLS, etc.).
