Work description
This generator makes it possible to generate sudoku of 5 different difficulty levels. With every generation, a new sudoku is produced 100% of the time. The generator is written in PHP. MySQL is used to store the history of sudoku generations and sudoku answers. The default encoding is UTF-8.
The sudoku generator script supports several different call parameters, such as the answer format (php, txt, html, or xml) and which character will be placed in an empty cell.
