About me
My workplace is a desk, a computer and a kettle. I don’t have a separation between work and not work. I do modeling all the time, for myself or for my clients, and I often sit late. I work on projects for clients for about 6-7 hours a day, and I try to allocate the rest of my time to what I do for myself. I can work 18 hours without getting up. When I get tired, I just take a day to walk, read, go to the movies.
I used to try to switch to some kind of physical warm-up regularly during work, but it is very easy to forget about it or postpone it due to an urgent order. So now I just set aside a specific time for the sport. On average, I arrange full-fledged training four times a week, and the last six months I go for a run three or four times a week.
