I represent a company of software developers, including on request, from Novosibirsk Akademgorodok.
We have implemented a unique solution for digitization and segmentation of newspapers. We learned to automatically filter, analyze images and find articles with the right order of reading. At the same time, the accuracy of automatic finding of articles is very high, we also offer tools for manual correction of automatic results, there are solutions for digitizing books.
Beyond digitization, we feel confident in things like developing Windows Desktop applications in C# with complex algorithms inside and loaded interfaces outside, interacting with Microsoft SQL Server databases, including large ones (about 20GB), as well as image processing, graphics, displaying processing results. Analysis, processing, data transformation are our specialty. We can also develop on C/C, for example, Android and Linux. We have experience in developing distributed applications (in particular, in our present project 7 modules) using WCF services; we have significant experience in developing applications for information protection; we have experience in video processing.
The scope of tasks that we can solve is quite large.
