I want to find a smart and adequate developer who for affordable and reasonable money and in a reasonable time will make a site on 1C Bitrix or any other platform.
There may be a website that will meet our needs.
As one example, I saw on the website of VDGB a finished product - 1C: Site of the management company of housing, housing and housing and housing and housing ().
I think it might be a good fit for us, but maybe I’m wrong and I need a different product or maybe something completely different. As soon as possible, I need to decide what to buy - a finished product or develop my own individual.
Briefly about the functionality of the future site:

The formation of the agenda and voting process is continuous and, therefore, should be conducted weekly. At the same time, all previously adopted decisions should be available for familiarization by all participants of voting in their personal account - from the beginning of work to the last decision.
