WooCommerce plugin to export orders into an accounting system

We are looking for an experienced PHP developer to build a WooCommerce plugin that automatically exports orders from our online store into our accounting system. The store runs on WordPress, we process between fifty and three hundred orders a day, and the catalogue holds around four thousand products. On a schedule the plugin must pick up new and modified orders, transfer the cart contents, customer contact details, shipping method and payment method, and then return current processing statuses and warehouse stock levels back to the store. Two-way synchronisation matters: when an item runs out in the accounting system, the product page in the store should switch to backorder or be hidden, so customers cannot buy what we are unable to ship. We need a clear settings page in the admin area, a detailed operation log with the option to resend failed exports, and error notifications. The scheduled exchange should be flexible, running every five, fifteen or sixty minutes. The code must be clean, well documented and compatible with current versions of WordPress and WooCommerce. Experience integrating with common accounting systems and working with queues, so that large exports never block the storefront, is a strong plus.
