If another expert comes in and wants to choose the same devices on this day and time, they should not be offered to him for choice (only the remaining possible ones).
Expert hours: weekdays - 5 days a week. Monday-Thursday from 8-17, Friday from 8-16. The minimum time interval for which the expert can take the device is -1 hour.
