Parser Yandex and Google Wordstat

Need a parser of key queries from Yandex and Google.

The program should work without failure. Support proxy servers and multithreading. If there is an error during the execution, the program must save the error in the log and proceed to perform the same task with another proxy.

The program must take 3 parameters: the task key, the key phrase, the number of words to save. And so, the most important point, the program must save data to a file one phrase per line and throw the file on the server in the desired folder.

I mean. There are two options:
1) Web script - which will run on the server and receive data via GET or POST, and then save it to the desired folder.
(2) Our server script saves a file with a request and a task key to a specific folder. The program every 5-10 seconds (should be configured), checks this folder on a remote server, performs a task and throws the final file to the same server in a folder with ready-made options.
