Sports court and venue booking portal

We are looking for a web portal for online booking of sports grounds, tennis courts and indoor halls. A visitor should pick a sport, a district and a convenient time, see a grid of free slots several weeks ahead and reserve the desired hour in a couple of clicks. Each user needs a personal account with a history of games, favourite venues and reminders about upcoming matches.

Online card payment and popular wallets are mandatory, together with monthly and seasonal memberships that are charged automatically. A flexible cancellation policy matters to us: a free refund a day before, a partial refund later and automatic release of the slot so the spot immediately becomes available to other players. The administrator needs a dashboard to manage the schedule, tariffs and court load, plus reports on revenue and attendance.
