1. The main tasks to be solved by the future site
The site should be a software and graphical shell for publishing several types of blogs, united by common pages – contents and single design and stylistic solutions.
Business objectives solved by the site: attracting amateurs and industry professionals to read blog posts, participate in the discussion, click on the links of advertisers and then convert to customers of sponsors and advertisers of the site.
2. The main characteristics of the site:
A. The structure includes: the main page, about 4-5 pages-integrators of blog sections, up to 10 pages with blogs of various types, united by a single design concept, as well as landing pages;
B. Most pages should provide:
I. Placement of the plugin for comments from social networks;
Ii. Possibility of placing an advertising banner (parameters and sizes will be specified in the TZ)
Iii. Possibility of placing an advertising module Yandex-Direct or Google;
C. It should be possible to save the contact details of visitors and unload them;
D. For some sections of the site, contacts should be saved and unloaded to a separate list.
E. Creation of animated elements is not provided, except for news scrolling blocks or announcements;
F. The registration offer must “pop up” in a specific place or after a certain time of the visitor’s stay on the site;
G. Integration of Yandex-Metrics or Google-Analytics is envisaged
3. Expected behavior of website visitors
Arriving on the site, the target visitor chooses the sections of the site that are interesting to him (preferably at least 5-6 pages), reads articles and watches videos, receives an invitation to register on the site. He sees banners of advertisers, promotions and, if interested, he clicks on their advertising links. The visitor also sees discussions on social media blogs, registers for them or joins groups to participate in them himself. Subsequently, the visitor constantly visits the site again, its activity increases, he recommends the site to friends and like-minded people.
4. Software implementation and requirements for the site management system
A. The site should be designed according to the principle of minimizing costs with the maximum use of free software;
B. The site management system should provide opportunities for administrators:
I. Add, delete and edit blog posts, including video content;
Ii. Receive upon request the uploading of contact details registered on the site;
Iii. Place and change advertisers banners in predefined locations
C. SEO should be possible – optimization and taking into account all the necessary parameters (headings, etc.) in each blog post;
D. It is necessary to have the ability to add, customize visibility and other parameters of landing pages for site administrators.
