! Dear artists, I am not interested in the portfolio. I expect your answer, only in the form of the amount at which you estimate this TK.
The previous three artists attempted to remake the flash site on Word Press using a plug-in leaflet

Here is what I would like to implement:
1. In accordance with the illustrations, refine the design and create a menu.
1.1 Make the background image adaptive and non-scalable. Similar background behavior is implemented on the sites:
1.2 Correct the proportions of the site elements as indicated in the illustrations. Reduce the height of the top panel slightly and increase the size of the leaflet.
1.3 Create an adaptive menu, with drop-down lists, managed from admin. Site panels.
1.4 On the toolbar (bottom), install widgets with metrics from Yandex, liveinternet and Google.
1.5 All elements of the site, except for the background image, namely, the top panel with the menu, the plugin - the leaflet and the bottom toolbar, fasten relative to each other for joint scaling. Fix them in the center of the page – horizontally and enter into the page – vertically, at a scale of 100%. Limit scaling to less than 100%
The site should be scaled according to the illustrations of TK. And similarly, on mobile devices, through multi-touch.
2.Develop the functioning of the Diamond flip book plugin.
2.1 To resolve the plugin zooming conflict and zoom the browser on touch screens, disable zooming pages of the leaflet with the plugin tools, and remove them from the toolbar.
2.2 Change the appearance and unplug buttons for flipbook pages from the pages of the plugin themselves and fix them, respectively, on the left and right, at the edges of the site page. An example of the location of such buttons for managing a plugin is available at:
2.3 Change the design and position of the tool "full/normal screen" in the flip book control panel. Check the correctness of the tool.
2.4 Change the design and position of the tool "PAGE" to go to a given page, in the control panel flip book. Check the correctness of the tool.

The archives contain:
1. A copy of everything that is on the hosting at the moment and what was before the last rework.
2. Illustrations reflecting the proper behavior of the site when changing the scale of the browser window (50%; 80%; 100%; 120%; 133%; 150%; 200%)
3. Illustrations with the appearance and number of items of the future menu.
Any graphic elements necessary to implement the plan, I will provide.
Unfortunately, after 3 prepayments, I can pay, only step by step, according to the fact of fulfilling each item or in fact for everything.
I expect from the contractor the cost of work for each item and the total amount for the entire volume.
