Project description:
It is necessary to look for legal service providers. The main service area is the service of IT companies and copyright. Accordingly, the customers are approximately as follows:
1) web studios;
(2) software developers;
3) representatives of other creative professions (photographers, musicians, etc.)
There are also the most preferred orders:
1. the need to resolve a dispute (primarily a litigation) between (a) a web studio or (b) a software developer and a client over the quality of the work performed;
2. help in registering those who intend to set up a copyright business (first of all, 1a and 1b) (although I do not have any special competitive advantage here, except that I have an individual approach to each, but this affects the cost);
3) preparation of documents for normal current work 1a and 1b (primarily contracts with employees and freelancers, with clients), design and documentation of business processes;
4) dealing with copyright issues between software developers or musicians who do or intend to do something but have not formalized their relationship;
(5) user agreement.
The actual work is reduced to the search and provision of information, and in some cases - to preliminary communication with the client in social networks and by e-mail (for these purposes, a special box is created). All this must be spent 25 hours in any period not exceeding 1 month. Recycling is not paid, and the underwork is not paid either. I reserve the right to terminate the relationship at any time, of course, with the payment of the actually performed works.
If desired, it is possible to conclude a written or electronic contract with a legal entity - the customer; in this case, personal income tax is withheld from the remuneration.
Now, the amount of the reward.
1. The fixed value is 200 rubles per hour (that is, for 25 hours - 5000 rubles). This is a fee for the fact of the work.
2. Optional allowance – depending on the total price of contracts concluded with customers, given by the contractor for the worked 25 hours, if such contracts were concluded within two months from the start of work:
(a) if the order amount is more than 10,000 rubles, but does not exceed 20,000 rubles, 10%;
B) if the amount of orders will be more than 20 000, but does not exceed 30 000 rubles - 20%;
B) if the amount of orders will be more than 30 000 rubles, but does not exceed 50 000 rubles - 30%;
(d) if the amount of orders is more than 50 000 rubles - 40%.
