Project description:
We plan to introduce 1C ERP 2.1 + Document management in the new company (the Company is at stage 0). We are only planning to work out the methodology of work in the accounting system, so at this stage we want to involve either the head of the implementation project.
1C, either analytics or 1C methodologist, which will help us optimize functional requirements, form a competent TK, to minimize the number of custom improvements.
Description of the project will throw the candidate, who will fit the profile.
Candidate requirements:
● Multiple experience in implementing AMR
Experience in implementing 1C ERP is desirable
Experience in the implementation of 1C Document Management and maximum process automation
• Working with these products for 5 years
• Be sure to have experience in projects that work under an agency scheme
● Experience in developing projects with 0
Ability to understand business processes, to understand business processes, to describe business processes
Our implementation, we break into 2 iterations
1. Pre-design survey, optimization of functional requirements in order to preserve the essence of the process, but maximum adjustment to standard processes 1C
2. Programming implementation
We're doing the first iteration now.

Methodology and TK of document management automation: Processes of coordination, mass sending of primary documents and contracts, control of return of signed copies, receipt and registration of incoming documents.
Methodology and TK for accounting automation: It is necessary to reduce all accounting to the exchange of closing documents as much as possible, 1C should do everything else.
● Methodology and TK of order movement. One order from the Customer, and it contains dozens of lines of nomenclature from different performers.
Methodology and TK of the exchange system with our website, where all customers conduct their operations
Methodology and TK on financial flows. From gross profit, we pay various commission schemes to marketing partners, back bonus customers, percent franchise, etc.
Methodology and TK for the operation of the remaining blocks
