Project description:
For the music contest site, an engine with a clear control panel (in English or Russian) is required. With convenient addition of songs, photos and brief information (performer, song title, authors, country, city, genre, age, photo 1,2, link to YouTube, track mp3, with the ability to listen to songs (in the flash player directly on the site). Organize online voting for participants, followed by sorting in alphabetical order, by date and by rating. With protection from cheating (by ip, cookies and computer name / options) and the ability to manually track violations and cheating, with correction by the rating administrator. Hosting is paid with a bunch of pre-installed engines and applications. I would prefer a solution on php MySQL. No design is required, but let’s look at the options. It all depends on the cost. Please specify the minimum terms and cost (payment form PayPal, YandexMoney)
