Project description:
SHOP NON-STOP is a unique discount club designed to unite the most interesting companies from different areas of our lives. Discount club opens a new channel of promotion to participating companies, and gives their customers significant discounts, in turn increasing customer loyalty to companies.
Key objectives:
Attracting advertisers to participate in the discount club “Shop Non-Stop” (target - 25 advertisers in 1 month);
Outgoing Skype calls (company database provided), keeping records of calls in Excel document;
- Product presentation, direct sales (ready-made “scripts” of conversations are provided), appointment of meetings for concluding contracts;
REQUIREMENTS:
Unfinished higher (student) or higher education;
PC ownership (MS Word, Excel, Internet) at the user level;
Direct sales experience (preferably in B2B) of 1 year
- Competent Russian speech, clear diction;
Ability to influence and defend their point of view in a reasoned manner;
- Goodwill, customer orientation, responsibility and stress resistance;
Motivation for the result, desire to earn and develop professionally.
Conditions:
Temporary remote work for one cycle of the project (1 month);
Probation period - 1 week or 500 calls;
The schedule is free, but with the caveat that potential advertisers are available by phone mainly during “standard opening hours”, i.e., the timetable for the service is not available. 9:00-18:00;
- Income:
Fixed part: 10 000 rubles for 1 month of work;
Premium part: 10% of the contract amount with the advertiser;
Total for 25 contracts :: from 35 000 rubles
In case of fruitful cooperation within the 1st cycle of the project, it is possible to attract to the next stages of the project development with further growth of responsibility and income.
