Project description:
Estimated calculations contained in the documentation should correspond to the physical scope of work, constructive, organizational and technological and other decisions provided for by the project documentation. Estimated documentation to develop the base-index method in the WinRik program in the new regulatory framework of the TSNB-2001. Kaliningrad region as revised in 2008-2009 with the latest changes with recalculation in prices of the current quarter, in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Regional Development of the Russian Federation of November 17, 2008. No. 25Z.
A summary estimate is developed in two price levels:
As part of the estimated documentation, develop the following albums:
- protocols of price approval;
-Price lists;
- Work volumes report.
In the section of the consolidated estimated cost of construction, include the following costs:
- for the maintenance of the Directorate (for the implementation of construction control), in accordance with the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation dated 21.06.2010 No. 468, Order of the Ministry of Construction and Housing and Utilities of the Company No. 8-OD dated 10.02.2011 And AGRSS KO No 10 of 10.02.2011
- the cost of developing working documentation, based on the approved cost of project work, to take in accordance with the percentage ratio of 40% - PD, 60 ° / o - RD;
- for the state examination of project documentation and verification of the reliability of the estimated cost of the object in accordance with the decrees of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 427 of 18.05.2009. And No. 145 of 05.03.2007;
- to cover the costs of construction organizations for payments for voluntary insurance:
- for the production of a technical description and cadastral passport for the built object (with the presentation of calculations of a specialized organization);
- compensation for the restoration of road surface, improvement;
- costs of demolition and compensation of the restoration cost of green spaces;
- compensation of the cost of demolished buildings and structures falling into the construction zone (if necessary);
Etc.
Estimated documentation should not contain indications of trademarks and specific manufacturers of goods, materials and equipment.
When indicating materials and equipment in the trade marks, add the words “or equivalent” and specify the characteristics for which equivalence will be established.
Estimated documentation shall be scraped and issued on paper and electronic media, including:
- one option to issue on electronic media in the form of scanned images of documents, with the signatures of developers and presented in the format of "pdf";
- the second version on electronic media - in the program "WinRik".
