Project description:
1. Add to the settings of the standard report the flag “Introduce a plan”.
a. When the flag is removed, the report is formed in a typical manner.
b. When the flag is raised, the “Plan” field is displayed after the grouping field. The value for the field is derived from the field of the problem “Time Estimated” (Issue.estimated_hours).
c. When the flag is raised after the field "Plan" is displayed field "Otkl". Abs. The value is obtained by the formula:

3. Add the grouping “Tasks (with subtasks).” In the grouping, only tasks without subtasks are displayed (with an empty Parent field), the time spent and planned are derived by the task and all its subtasks, taking into account the hierarchy.
4. Add a filter to the closed problem field (Issue.closed_on)
5. The revision must be implemented in the form of a plugin.
