Project description:
1. In the polygonal region, place evenly nodes with step a. The last node on the horizontal or vertical line should be located on the boundary.
2. Build a graph with the contour of a polygonal area.
3. On nodes, build an epiure (as an example, you can take random numbers from 1 to 10)
4. Excel coordinates of nodes and corresponding values of the epiure
