Hello, there.
Please help me create an advertising letter.
The approximate text of the letter is in the attachment.
The letters are planned to be sent absolutely cold to customers, mainly engaged in the production of goods, in some cases in the service sector, to the official mail of Russian enterprises / firms. I think it's in pdf format.
The letters are planned to be created in the Word editor using the tool “Mingle” and then save each sheet in pdf by the recipient’s name.
It is important that the letter is passed through spam filters. The text encouraged the secretary to put a letter to the head (so that the secretary would understand that this is not spam, but a serious proposal that deserves the attention of the head), and the head, in turn, became interested and he/she contacted the deputy.
Please immediately suggest ideas for implementation - text correction, design, i.e. What you think is necessary to make this proposal successful.
Please attach a portfolio with works of this direction, indicate the approximate cost and timing.
