Work in Excel, create a button using macros.
The goal is as follows: there is a matrix of 50x3 (50 patients, each has 3 parameters, the first parameter is x, the second parameter is y, the third parameter is z).
Find - the minimum and maximum of each parameter, delta of each parameter (max-minimum).
Next, find G1=Xmin, G2=G1+delta, G3=G2+delta, G4=G3+delta of each parameter.
Build a 3-dimensional space with points G1, G2, G3, G4.
Count how many patients were in each interval.
