Project description:
It is required to develop design and working documentation for the construction of two 3-storey residential buildings with an attic for eight apartments with a total area of 890m2 each in the low-rise building located at the address: Moscow region, Khimki city district, Vashutino village. The commercial offer is based on the scheme of architectural and planning organization of the territory M 1: 1000 and information obtained during communication with the Customer.
1. Worksheet.
The work includes the development of documentation for the construction of two 3-storey residential buildings with an attic for eight apartments with a total area of 890m2 each.
Project documentation of the stage "PD" includes the development of documentation of the following sections:
- Section “Explanatory Note”;
- Radel "Scheme of planning organization of the land plot";
- Section "Architectural solutions";
- Section "Constructive and volumetric planning solutions";
- Section "Engineering and technical support of a residential building" with the implementation of the necessary calculations:
- subsection "Power supply and lighting system";
- subsection "System of water supply";
- subsection "System of drainage";
- subsection "Watch networks";
- subsection "Heating and ventilation";
- Section "POS". 2 2 2
Project documentation of the stage "PD" is developed in the amount and configuration necessary for coordination with all interested parties and obtaining a construction permit.
The design documentation of the RD stage is developed in the configuration and quantity necessary for the implementation of construction and installation works. Namely:
1. The album of drawings "General plan", including:
1.1. Breakdown drawing;
1.2. Vertical planning and improvement of the territory near the residential building;
2. Album Architectural Solutions. Project nodes and solutions;
3. The album Concrete and metal constructions. Constructive nodes and solutions;
4. The album "Internal Engineering Systems", including:
2.1. Electricity and lighting;
2.2. Water supply;
2.3. Water disposal;
2.4. Water supply;
2.5. Weakness nets;
2.6. Heating and ventilation.
The commercial offer does not take into account the following works:
- Engineering and geodetic surveys;
- Geological and engineering surveys;
- Environmental engineering surveys;
- Works on the collection and coordination of initial permits;
- Estimates;
Author and technical supervision of the construction process.
