Remote work for a programmer. It is necessary to write a program on the arduino nano that will track the turns of the two shafts of the main one on which the motor vector and the intermediate one, if after the signal is fed to the foam for 3 seconds the pulses on the main shaft are not tracked 1 if the pulses are turned on 1 if the turns of the intermediate shaft are tracked further if the turns on the relay 2 if the turns on the intermediate shaft is lower by 30% from the main one, then after 3 seconds the relay 1 the number of pulses on the turn 3 , all indicators are displayed on the display 1602 on the i2c bus
