Offering remote work. It is required to make a table of functions for HR and HR in Excel. The file in Excel is called the “HR matrix.” In fact, it should have all the functions that performs the personnel service.

1. First, you need to in the tab "priority functions" to write out all the functions of HR in general that exist in principle. And break them down into blocks, for example, "selection of personnel". 2. It is necessary to describe all the functions related to this block in each block (preferably taking into account their phased implementation).
3. There are processes in every function. They need to be painted, too. This is already in the tab "process matrix" . The main points are reflected in the columns. It is necessary to describe for each process: the goals of this process, the rules of execution, speech modules and standards (if any), forms, frequency of execution, time required for execution, the number of units per working day, signs of implementation.
