Remote job vacancy. A head of marketing and sales is required.
Responsibilities:
Structuring and organizing the work of the entire marketing department;
Establish communication with project managers and other colleagues, participate in editing texts or site layouts;
Organization of work on proofreading the generated content for the site;
Work together with project managers on layouts for the site and generate ideas to improve the visual component of the site (the ultimate goal is to improve its salesability, usability);
Collection of statistics, analysis, organization of monthly reports review from colleagues in the marketing department (mediabiking, FB advertising, Google advertising, advertising on third-party resources);
Work closely with marketing managers taking into account the local characteristics of the region;
Provide freelancers when necessary;
Requirements:
Higher education (marketing, economics, management);
Experience of working as head of marketing department from 1 year;
Experience with Fintech products;
Willingness to work in a team and individually;
Successful experience in the development and implementation of marketing and advertising strategy;
Successful experience in building and promoting the brand;
Knowledge of spoken English is not lower than intermediate.
