1. The main purpose of the electronic control board of the GSU is to produce automatic ignition of the gas burner with subsequent control of the flame burning.
2. Set of other executive spare parts of the burner:
- SIT VZ 2/25 SAC ignition device
- SIT 845 gas valve
- electrodes ignition 2 pcs. From the Baxi Slim boiler connected to the ignition device
- ionization electrode from Baxi Slim is connected to an electronic board
- chimney traction control sensor (tablet 85 g.)
Mechanical regulating thermostat 30-120 g.
- error reset button with indication
3. The principle of operation of electronic payment:
By order of a mechanical thermostat (contacts are closed), the electronic control board must light the burner by applying a voltage of 220V to the ignition device first to supply a spark and after 1 second to open the gas valve. After 3-4 seconds, the electronic board should fix the presence of the flame by ionization electrode by supplying it with a current of 5-15 microamps and returning it to the body further - Fixing the flame 2-3 seconds further disconnecting the ignition. If the flame is not detected, two more attempts are made, if the flame is not detected again, then the electronic board is in error with the issuance of an indication on the reset button.
After resetting the error, you can continue to light the burner.
If the flame is detected, the burner works on the order of the mechanical thermostat until the contacts are opened - the supply of 220V power to the gas valve is stopped.
In the case of opening the thrust sensor, the burner also goes into error before resetting the button.
