Project description:
Offering remote work. It is necessary to make a calculation of metal construction. A project of inter-storey flooring and a balcony on metal beams or farms from profile pipes is needed.
The house project is missing. Construction is based on visualization.
At the moment, there are:
1) 6x13m ribbon foundation. Section 60x40 cm.

2) the monolith of the lower half of the walls of the ground (first) floor, 150 cm high, 20 cm thick.

It is planned to cast the upper half of the walls of the ground (first) floor with a height of 135 cm, a thickness of 20 cm, with a transverse rigel, as well as pouring reinforced concrete screed floor of the ground floor.

Adjustments to the design of the upper part of the walls and the rigel are allowed to optimize the inter-storey flooring.
IS REQUIRED:
DEVELOPMENT OF THE Ground Floor DISTRIBUTION PROJECT ON Metal Beams or TROOMS with the second floor overhang by 1 meter in the left part of the building, as well as with an open balcony protruding 3 meters in the front part of the building.
The Cease Plan is rice. 4.
Comments on the overlap plan (see para. Rice. 4):
1) full overlap perimeter ABCDEFGHJK.
(2) ABCFENIJK second floor interior area.
(3) the interior area of the second floor overhanging the ground floor (ground) of the JKMI.

5) DCFE staircase (no beams inside the staircase perimeter).
(6) resting on the solid walls of the LABCF ground floor.
(7) a support on a concrete RIGEL OP.
8) resting on the foundation through metal columns (the number of columns is the minimum possible so as not to cover the panoramic glazing) LMNE.
(9) leaning on concrete screed through metal columns (number of columns - any necessary) DQ.
(10) overlapping the ground floor on metal beams or trusses made of profile pipes, the second floor of a board 40 mm with laminate, filling the interbeam space with mineral wool, the ceiling of the basement floor - a tram.
