Offering remote work. It is necessary to make a normal interaction of objects. There are two add-ons Obi Cloth and Obi Rope. You need to do the correct order of scripts through Fixed Update.
In the Obi Cloth plugin, there is a demo with a character, it works through the rig with bones.
Clothing works through Skinned Mesh Renderer and follows the rig.
In Obi Rope you can customize how the bone will shake for animation of tails, chest and the like. But Obi Cloth clothing doesn't follow the rig properly if Obi Rope works.
I specified with the developer, you need to write a small script that will indicate the order of the scripts: Animation - Obi Rope - Obi Cloth.
