Project description:
Offering remote work. It is required to develop and assemble a power control board from solar photo modules for direct connection of several TENs of different power with further power distribution between these TENs depending on the power produced by the panel mashup at a given time.
Description of the principle of operation of the device:
The 400W solar panel has an operating voltage of 42 V, a current of 9.6 A. The panels are assembled in series to obtain 252V, that is, 6 panels in series, and another line with the same number of panels is connected in parallel. We get a total power of 4.8 kW. Connect through a solid-state relay, for example, two thermal power plants of 0.4 kW and 4 to 1 kW.
Steps of TENs are necessary due to the fact that the panels at different times produce different power, which depends on the intensity of insolation.
The ampere characteristic of panels at different power is different. Therefore, you need a control board that will determine the current and voltage consumed and in the event of a change in the intensity of the insolation will control the solid-state relays on and off. Lines by reducing or adding steps from TENS.
