You need to develop a website-catalogue on the subject of "real estate" on the CMS DataLife Engine.
No need for a template, you need something simple, but stylish. You can take one of the ready-made ones and come up with some logo.
Instead of publishing news, there should be publishing ads. Additional fields: country, region, city, address, contact phone, contact e-mail, multi-list - amenities (Internet, cable TV, air conditioning, kitchen, elevator, furniture, smoking, parking/parking, pets are allowed, suitable for children, washing machine, TV, phone, refrigerator), type of real estate (long-term rental, rent, rent for an hour, sale), price number of rooms... That's all it seems.
After placing the material, the user has a window with a payment button through RoboKassa. Before payment, his ad is not published on the site. After payment, the ad must be automatically published for 30 days. After 25 days, the user should receive a link to extend the ad via RoboKass. After the extension, the announcement is extended for 30 days and so on in a circle.
