Project description:
Offering remote work. It is necessary to develop a section of project documentation "Project of organization of construction (project of organization of capital repairs)".

Year of construction - 2009
The year of development of project documentation - 2006 (Mosproekt 4). Almost all the working documentation is available in scanned form (see para. Cloud, folder "Archive documentation".
The total area of each building is 2150 m2 (including the underground), the height of the building is 14.140 m.
Major overhauls
Works within the framework of cap.repair:
- Finishing of the facades with Rockpanels on the subcarrier system with their attachment to existing sandwich panels (without dismantling existing sandwich panels);
- roof repair (painting of the steel part in the axes 2-8, replacement of waterproofing of the glazing or PVC membrane in the axes 1-2, 8-9);
- Replacement of external windows and stained glass, external doors;
- lining with decorative panels of the entrance porch, visors are performed over the other porches, additional ramps for disabled people are performed;
- a slight redevelopment inside the locker rooms and pom. Coaches on the 1st floor, TEPs do not change;
- replacement of interior doors; replacement of flooring, replacement of suspended ceilings, new decoration of premises according to the Moskomsport standard;
- repair of internal engineering systems:
- replacement of lamps, sockets, plumbing;
- water supply and sewerage - new liners in rescheduled showers;
- replacement of ventilation on the 1st floor, including ventilation equipment;
- Replacement of ventilation equipment on the 2nd floor;
- new air conditioning (previously was not) in the administrative premises, lobby, Pom. Guards;
- new instead of the old fire alarm systems, security alarms, telephones, clocks, radio, video surveillance;
- improvement: replacement of coatings, paths, addition of flower beds, mafs.
