So, you need to develop some kind of BLE device, using the standard nRF51822 chip and CR battery, used in almost all bluetooth 4.0 devices.
Directly in the circuit must be integrated accelerometer (ADXL335) and the algorithm of the device is directly connected to the data from the accelerometer.
The algorithms of the work should be as follows:
The device most of the time of operation should work in the broadcast transmitter mode;
Broadcast your MAC address and body of the message;
The message must be transmitted every 6 minutes with a vibration level per accelerometer of 1.5 g,
The body of the message must contain the serial number of the message (this data determines the time of operation of the device);
The device should be immersed in sleep and listen only to the accelerometer after 5 minutes of absence of vibration and wake up when it appears.
