Project description:
It is required to develop design documentation for a semi-automatic threaded cartridge machine based on a head of the VNGN type, linear guides of the HIWIN type, pneumocyliders and pneumatic switches of the Camozzi type, and tsang clamps based on ER40 tsang type.
Basic principles: static or rotating threaded head in an overly oily medium (oil bath, continuous oil supply, etc.); rapid fixation of the workpiece in a rotating or static clip (pneumopathon, pneumotsanga, etc.). At the first stage - manual feeding, in the future - a bunker or logmentary car supply)
Linear movement of the head or clamping on standard HIWIN guides using a pneumocylinder.
Pneumatics based on standard components of the Camozzi type or analogue. Operating pressure 0.6-1MPa, Microcontroller Control or DC24V PLC
Algorithm: 1. The delivery of the workpiece before the autowork of the pneumo clip,
2. The supply of the workpiece or head to the first two turns.
3. Weakened feed reverse until the moment of mechanical operation of the release of threaded rollers.
4. Roller releases
5. Return of longitudinal feed to reference position.
6. Head bolt platoon
7. For rotating clamps, stop rotation (no stop is required for rotating head).
