Project description:
A specialist in schema development in EPLAN is required.
The challenge is:
1. Checking the current assembly of the cabinet at the facility (g. Moscow) according to the original scheme executed in EPLAN and making the necessary adjustments to make the scheme conform to the cabinet. The main difficulty is that you need to write out all the sequences of plume connections and reflect these sequences on the circuits. Also, all terminals of devices, DIP switches (if any), indicators should be reflected in strict accordance with the device itself (you can see the image of the PLC and the switch on the example).
2. General design. All designations of devices should be on the left of the device, there should be a symbol, short ones. Characteristics and purpose of the device. The circuits also need to add bridge bridge bridges terminals, according to the actual cabinet assembly. These bridges need to be configured correctly in Eplan so that a report on the terminals can be generated (as in the example of M-ZEL-ID-A3=SHOOP1+SHOOP1_H2_1.pdf").
3. Also in the scheme, you need to correctly configure the field equipment in order to generate a report of field devices as in the example "= M-ZEL-ID-AK3=SHOOP1+SHOOP1&Specification of products_C_2"".
4. The content and list of items should also be automatically generated.
The source diagrams of the cabinets in Eplan and the database we have.
The most important requirement is accuracy and care when adjusting the scheme.
