Project description:
Offering remote work. Our organization is engaged in international logistics. We need to automate the extraction of data from invoices and packaging sheets with data on goods in the batch. Supplies from different factories (about 50), with different document structure for each factory, but the same list of extractable fields and the general logic of extraction.
This is partly implemented on the basis of VBA, through copying to txt, subsequent parsing and transfer to excel, but this does not work for all documents, since in part the structure is copied when transferring data.
We need to implement a solution for all types of document structures.
The goal is that the operator only has to send a set of documents received from the supplier to the e-mail. Address/to folder, after which the file structure will be classified, the data will be extracted and written to the database and sent to excel back to the sender.
The second step requires data cleaning, processing through directories, matching with data in the database from other sources, generating and filling out standard document forms based on the data.
In general, our organization needs a single information system (client-server database) with a large list of functionality for implementation, the most resource-intensive for the operating staff are listed above. The concept and logic have been formulated, and the implementation of the relevant level of professionals remains.
Priorities: time and quality of implementation. Ready to work "in a long" with a worthy partner who has successful experience in the implementation of such tasks. Solvent and adequate.
