Dear candidate! Remote job vacancy. There is a vacancy for a remote sales manager in our company.
We are an IT company, have been in the market for more than 2 years.
We have developed unique tools for investing on currency and crypto exchanges.
Forly Capital has its own staff of programmers, mathematicians-academics from the Russian Academy of Sciences, analysts and traders, this technical team is engaged in the development of complex trading algorithms based on the analysis of Big Data data by a neural network.
The development team currently has 2 patents for their technology and 2 patents in the application process.
We are in talks to integrate our algorithms with 2 brokers.
Negotiations are underway to sell a white label (algorithm franchises).
We are expanding our sales team, which is why we are looking for you!
Who do we want?
First of all, we are looking for a sales professional! We need someone who has excellent negotiator qualities and who doesn’t need to be told how to sell, handle objections, or take initiative in communicating with clients.
We also expect increased customer engagement so that the new manager can handle enough customers and, as a result, generate high profits for himself and the company.
It is very important that the new employee is motivated by the sphere itself (this is an investment) and his ambitions were high wages and the creation of a stable passive income, since each employee of our company inevitably becomes an investor and begins to automatically earn with our tool and multiply his own capital.
Requirements for the candidate:
1. Excellent remote sales skills. Experience over 1 year. Telephone and correspondence
2. Knowledge and ability to work in AMO CRM
3. Literacy and professional speech
4. Flexibility of thinking. It is important that the new manager can “hear the client” and during the dialogue, asking clarifying questions, adjust the presentation to the needs of customers.
5. High degree of responsibility: clear management of the CPM, filling out reports, compliance with customer agreements
6. Ability to prioritize work for the best result.
7. Good learning.
8. Knowledge of English is welcome
9. A good computer, headset and stable Internet
Conditions:
1. Fixed Salary + Sales Bonuses
2. Awards in the implementation of the sales plan, material bonuses for initiative and assistance in the development of sales of the company
3. Possibility of professional growth to senior manager or VIP-direction manager after 3 months of work.
4. Opportunity to become an investor in Forly Capital without a subscription fee (after a probationary period)
5. Official employment for a fixed salary, without a bonus part (it will not be taxed)
