Remote work on the Internet. Operational tasks are required on the site.
Responsibilities:
1) Respond to customer calls from 10:00-20:00 (Wednesday-Sunday)
2) Check and monitor the RRC on the Internet
(3) Check the daily operation of the site/forms/instruction generator.
(4) Check the status of orders in the site LC
5) Respond to comments on Instagram
(6) Respond to letters from clients. Re-distribute letters if necessary.
(7) Listen to calls at the call centre to identify joints.
(8) Monitor the effectiveness of the transmitted messages and tasks in the call centre
(9) Reconciliation of orders in the site admin and in the call center
10) Introduce new questions from users to the FAQ.
