Remote work for a programmer. We need a Vba program firm.
The essence of the program.
1) Table with Firms, firm has offices
2) Table with Offices
Offices are subordinate to firms, with the office reporting to only one firm. The office also has a type: call center, standard, general, large, start, frozen, mixed.
In the form, the user chooses from comboboxa the company, and accordingly from another comboboxa the offices that are subordinate to this company.
Next, the paragraphs describing the office are filled (all the parameters are numerical):
1. How many employees
2. How many computers?
3. Number of floors
4. Number of shifts
5. Number of jobs engineer
6. Number of staff jobs
7. Number of field crews
8. Total number of people to leave
9. BOTT
10. How many people are in the DPT
11. DP people by state
12. People of DP are actually
13. CCD
14. PPH number
15. How many people are the CCPs?
16. Number of rooms P
All of this data is stored in the DB.
Then in the form by the button you can click to display this data in excel. The table should be such-columns of the office name, rows 16 parameters and type of office (the firm will write the main thing in the line) indicated above, at the end of the table is the company where all parameters are summed up. That is, there is a total number of parameters for all offices in the company.
It is also possible to select previously completed data for firms.
Exceptions.
(1) All offices in the firm must be filled, if not filled, then you cannot save and output to excel.
(2) If no parameter has been entered in the office, the next parameter cannot be completed.
