Offering remote work. You need to make a general plan of the village. The area of the plot within the allotted territory is 35 hectares. The site is located in Naro-Fominsky district of the Moscow region near the village of Godunovo, the cadastral number of the site: 50:26:0030706:11. Entry into the territory is possible from the south-west and north-west sides.
The encumbrances are 10 KW protection zones – 20 m, the security zone of the Vereya gas pipeline; – 100 m, the security zone of the Tula – Torzhok gas pipeline – 300. M
Planning of the territory; residential development with individual houses from 240 plots.
Streets design width of 12.0 m, driveway 7.0 m, driveways
Design a width of 9.0 m, a roadway of 4.0 m.

Territorial zoning to perform taking into account the integrated assessment
Locations, technical tasks of the Customer, as well as existing SNiPs.

The improvement of the territory provides for the placement of: a children's center, a sports center, two ponds, a recreation zone, gardens and other improvement facilities.

Electricity - up to 15 kW per site.
Water is an individual well.
Sewerage – VOCs (individual septic tanks)
Gas line passes 100 m from the village - Vereya gas pipeline hydraulic fracturing
A fiber optic line for high-speed Internet and digital television will be brought to the village.
