Wikimart is a leading e-commerce company in Russia based on the E-Commerce Marketplace model (intermediary between stores and customers). In four years, we have gone from being an internet startup to a dynamic company that brings together 300 ambitious professionals who are ready to solve complex problems every day.
Moreover, on the basis of the existing E-Commerce Marketplace, we have created our retail in order to ensure that our customers can get 100% quality service and pleasure from buying goods online.
What we got:
Wikipedia, 2,500 connected stores and 150,000 Visitors a day.
A young and driven team led by two graduates from Stanford Business School. The best team of international investors in Russia: founders and top managers of eBay, Facebook, Skype, LinkedIn. The main investor is the world-famous Tiger Global Fund.
A simple, clear and difficult goal is to build an A-class company in Russia, where a normal person is happy to work.

Outgoing calls to customers in order to assess the level of quality of our service (on a special questionnaire).
