Project description:
The services of an electronic equipment designer are required. A single-board frequency converter is required.
Technical specification for the development of a frequency converter:
The power supply voltage of the emergency is a single-phase network with a voltage of 230 V at a frequency of 50 Hz.
The frequency converter must be made in a single board, the size of the converter board should not exceed 110x60 mm.
Elements of emergency, requiring cooling, should be installed on one side of the board and located at the same level.
The frequency converter should provide scalar control of a 2-pole asynchronous three-phase motor with a capacity of up to 1600 W inclusive.
The range of the converter output frequencies: 0 - 200 Hz.
The emergency should ensure smooth acceleration and braking of the engine.
The emergency must provide an emergency stop of the engine in case of emergency signals from sensors (if the parameters are deviated from the permissible values):
• Exceeding the maximum current set,
• Exceeding the temperature of the module with power transistors (according to datasheet),
• deviation of the supply voltage from the nominal value (+10...-15%)
• Breaking off one of the output phases.
• Short circuit in the load chain.
The emergency must provide automatic shutdown of the electric motor when it is idling for more than 30 seconds.
If the current of the electric motor is more than 15% higher than the value of the nominal current of the emergency (overload of the electric motor), the emergency goes into the mode of limiting the output current with a decrease in frequency.
The power controls shall withstand short circuit current until the protection circuits are activated.
Turning on and off the converter should be carried out by a button without fixing with protection from rattling contacts.
The PE should record the time of operation and allow recording and setting to non-volatile memory using specialized software parameters such as:
1. Type (Unsigned Char field type). The field length is 20 characters.
2. Serial number.
3. Production date.
4. Resistance of the motor windings.
5. Idle current of the electric motor.
6. The nominal current of the motor.
7. Maximum current of the electric motor.
8. Time to exceed maximum current.
9. Maximum frequency of the converter.
10. Speed of acceleration
11. Braking speed.
In case of emergency signals - emergency must ensure their recording in non-volatile memory with the possibility of subsequent reading using specialized software. The depth of the archive is 20 events.
