Project description:
Programmer services are required. It is necessary to develop a system of systematization and automation of business processes. The purpose of systematization and automation of business processes of the Partnership is the design of a single information environment for the implementation of functional activities in the field of separate accounting of income and costs on the 1C platform Enterprise and the development and implementation of automated business processes, including in the areas of catering, recreation on the Kendirli, FOC, Service, allowing:
• Establish a unified procedure for the formation, revision (adjustment) and monitoring of the budget;
• Ensure maximum transparency in the reflection of costs in the short-term planning process;
• To improve the validity and ensure that the planned indicators of annual budget needs correspond to strategic goals;
• Simplify the rules and procedures for the process of reviewing, agreeing and controlling the execution of transactions / contracts within the Partnership;
• To create multi-version budgets, procurement plans and reporting on their implementation and to achieve a clear distribution of responsibility among participants in business processes;
• Avoid duplication of information entry;
• The possibility of coordinating documents in an electronic system.
