Project description:
The services of an ANSYS specialist are required. It is necessary to create a computational model of the pipe for calculating thermodynamic / thermal processes inside the pipe body and inside the filler. On the outer surface of the pipe are located heat sources (various) and there is radiant heat exchange with the environment. It is necessary to correctly adjust the heat exchange between the pipe and heat sources, pipe and filler. Filler materials: vacuum/air/solid material. The material of the pipe and filler should not be "therapeutically thin". The model includes: a 3D graphical model and a computational model. I will work with the model in Workbench through the ACT API. ANSYS version 19.5. In the future, changes in model parameters are possible.
In addition to the model, it is necessary to issue a document describing the model and the modeling process; issue instructions for changing the configuration of the pipe and filler (change in diameter, wall thickness, length, material, adjusting heat exchange at the border of two media for radiant and convection heat exchange options); issue instructions for changing the configuration of heat sources on the outer surface of the pipe (material, touch area, removal / installation / transfer with heat exchange setting, setting the heat flow function in analytical or table form). If possible, find in the sources and give a mathematical model (in the formulas and terms of thermophysics / thermodynamics, the problem is trivial and certainly described in the literature)
Consult the customer in the ZOOM / Skype mode, where you can tell in detail about the model and answer customer questions. Be ready to provide 2 more consultations to the customer, if necessary. The duration of the first consultation is up to 3 hours. Follow-up consultations are 1 hour.
I don’t know the price yet, so the price is still being discussed. Interested in an experienced specialist!! Requirements for the contractor: 2 years of professional experience with ANSYS thermal/workbench. Having a portfolio is desirable. The knowledge of ACT is optional (here we are with a mustache). Solid knowledge and understanding of thermophysics and thermodynamics
