Project description:
Offering remote work. It is necessary to draw up a project of organization of works (POR) for the repair of the monument.
The attachment contains a sample for a monument that is a federal cultural heritage site, so it is much more serious than the required PRP.
The monuments for which the PRP is to be prepared are not objects of cultural purpose.
Already done:
Volume 1 "Preliminary work":
- situational plan;
- information and registration card, including data on the Monument
- Monument passport.
Volume 2 "Integrated scientific research":
- architectural research: measurement drawings (in the Autocad program),
- cartograms of defects;
- engineering and design studies, pits;
- Engineering and technological research on the technology of creating the Monument and on the technology of building and finishing materials;
- the act of technical condition of the Monument;
Volume 3: The repair project.
- defective statements;
architectural and constructive solutions indicating the types of repair work;
- a programme of repairs;
- Methodical and technological recommendations for the repair of the Monument;
- a list of types of hidden work.
