Project description:
Offering remote earnings. It is required to design the conveyor’s cargo-bearing fabric (full cycle).
Product:
Modular section of the conveyor's cargo-bearing fabric, made in the form of a chain of one-way bending (hereinafter COI).
It is necessary to implement:
1. Design of a modular section of the cargo-bearing fabric of the conveyor of the COI (link, kinematic pair of links), full cycle: 3D model, calculation, production of CDs in AutoCAD, SolidWorks in accordance with the ESCD, GOST;
2. Durability calculations: link, kinematic pair of links and beams (modular section of the conveyor belt);
3. 3D modeling in SolidWorks;
4. All documentation, drawings in electronic form;
5. Preliminary calculation of the cost of work and deadlines for implementation.
Recommendations:
1. The choice of materials: alloyed and stainless steels, alloys AL, Ti (calculations to bring to the table - profile, cross-section, physical fur characteristics).
2. Strengthen the design: giving additional rigidity to the sheet metal of the product by cold deformation (volumetric faces, geometric figures, rectangular indentations, rounded trays, etc.). P.) and (or) thermal hardening.
Requirement:
1. Load F~100kg, K=2.

One-way chain of bending

The chain of one-sided bending, consists of many serially connected links and provides two functional states of the chain - in the form of a flexible assembly and in the form of a rigid framework.
The kinematic pair of links contains stops that limit - with mutual contact, the inflection of the chain to the other side, so that the entire branch of the chain is rigidly held in a straight position and its bending into the contour does not occur.
When the chain is bent in the opposite direction, the stops of adjacent links are opened and the bending is not hindered, which allows you to compactly fold the chain.
The use of chains of unilateral bending in various industries is known, for example:
