Project description:
Remote work for a building designer. Project and working documentation is required. The building of the educational complex (training in construction and installation specialties) with an area of 1850 m. Q. There's an analogue object.
Requirements for the contractor:
Education – higher technical, profile;
The nature of the work - project, before the GPC agreement, remote;
Experience in the specialty - from 5 years, work on the development of documentation of the technological section for the construction of buildings and structures for public and industrial purposes;
Skills – Good knowledge of the requirements of GOST, SNiP, SP, GSTP and other specialized normative documents and standards.
The developed project and working documentation must comply with GOST R 21.1101-2013 (SPD). "Basic requirements for project and working documentation (with amendment)".
1.Documentation of stage "P" - to perform in accordance with the requirements of the current design standards, p. 22 Resolutions of the Government of the Russian Federation of 16.02.2008 87 and technological regulations, according to the Government Decree 1521 of 26 December 2014, including:
- Development of tasks related project specialties (in the form of an explanatory note with graphic material): AS, EM, EO, OVIC, VK, OOS, PB, KIPIA, GP;
- Review and approval of preliminary decisions developed on the issued tasks;
- Performing the necessary calculations (in the form of an explanatory note);
- Selection of equipment (except for the main technological, the list of which is provided by the Customer as part of the initial data) and fittings;
- Development of project documentation subsection "Technological solutions" (in the form of an explanatory note and graphic materials);
2. The documentation of the stage "R" is performed in accordance with the requirements of GOST 21.401-88. SPDS. Production technology. Basic requirements for working drawings, including:
- Development of initial technical requirements for the development of non-standardized equipment;
- Development of the main set of working drawings "Technology of production" (TX brands).
