Remote job vacancy. Call Center Operator Required
We are a men's clothing store with stylist services in Moscow.
Looking for an active-positive call center operator for remote work
Responsibilities:
- Phone conversations with regular customers (warm base, no cold calls)
- Preparation of daily reports on templates
- Work at AmoCRM
Example #1: Calling regular (very loyal) guests, talking about a new service, and passing on contacts of those who have shown interest
Example 2: Prepare a report. Who signed up, who was interested, who to call back, record guest comments
To work, you will need only a PC, fast stable Internet, a good headset and a suspended language.
Conditions:
Work schedule: 8 hours 5 days a week (PN), ready to consider other options for days of employment
Payment from 25.000 per month on hand
