The services of a designer are required. It requires the development of a prototype device on Arduino.
Technical specification
1 General information
1.1 Purpose of the work
It is required to develop a prototype device that performs remote measurement of body temperature when approaching the sensor, as well as an issuing portion of antiseptic when raising the hand.
1.2 Composition of the product
The key elements of the product should be:
• Arduino (or analogues) to control all components
• contactless thermometer;
• contactless antiseptic dispenser;
• power supply.
2 Requirements
Design requirements
The product must be placed entirely in a single housing connected to the 220B network. The construction of the building is not part of the requirements of this project.
Specifications
2.2.1 Contactless thermometer
• Temperature measurement is made when the measuring object approaches the product sensor at a distance of up to 3 cm.
• Acceptable temperature measurement error: 0.5°C.
• Tone signals shall be produced at the time of measurement and at the time of measurement.
The value of the measured temperature in degrees Celsius is displayed on a segment display, rounded to 0.1, and indicating the unit of measurement.
The value on the display is displayed for 10 seconds, or before the next measurement, if it comes sooner.
Antiseptic dispenser
• Antiseptics are stored in a plastic bottle
• Served over plastic tubes with a pump
• The pump is switched on when the measuring object approaches the product sensor at a distance of up to 8 cm.
The pump automatically turns off at a given time interval (2 seconds) regardless of whether the item is removed.
• The interval of the pump is set by flashing the firmware.
• At the start of the pump and at the end of the tone signals should be produced.
3 Composition and content of work
3.1 Project implementation phases
(1) Concept development and selection of components. The composition of the components must be agreed with the customer.
(2) Build a working prototype. Demonstration of the prototype by means of a video call.
(3) Preparation of project documentation.
3.2 Documentation package to be transmitted
1) specification of the composition of the components of the system;
(2) the component assembly scheme;
(3) the source code of the Arduino project.
